摘要
经济全球化的发展,竞争日趋激烈,归根结底是人才的竞争。食品产业是我国经济的重要支撑产业,在国际化建设的背景下,做好世界一流水准的食品科学与工程专业研究生的培养工作尤为重要,具有重要的现实意义。在此背景下,构建科学合理的研究生课程体系,夯实研究生学科基础、保证研究生的培养质量,使其具有国际竞争力,的确是一个值得思考的问题。该文分析了食品科学与工程专业课程体系的现状并提出建议,从而推动食品科学与工程专业研究生教育国际化的建设,助力"双一流"建设。
With the development of economic globalization,competition is becoming increasingly fierce.In the final analysis,it is the competition of talents.The food industry is an important supporting industry of our economy.In the context of international construction,it is especially important to train world-class postgraduates of food science and engineering,which is of important practical significance.Under this background,it is indeed an issue worth consideration to construct a scientific and reasonable postgraduate curriculum system,in order to consolidate the discipline base of postgraduates,ensure the quality of postgraduate training,and make them internationally competitive.This paper analyzes the current status of the food science and engineering curriculum system,and puts forward suggestions to promote the internationalization of the postgraduate education of food science and engineering and facilitate the"double first-rate"construction.
