摘要
强化师范生教学技能的培养,是提升师范生教育教学水平的关键环节。该文试图通过探究师范生教育实践中存在的问题,建立校内专业教师及中小学教师共同指导的双导师制,找寻双导师制提高师范生教学技能的方法,在双导师制的初步成果、反思中探索出一条提高教学技能的有效举措,解决传统的教学技能课堂与课下、过程与结果对接过程中面临的问题。文中以牡丹江师范学院数学科学学院针对数学师范生教学技能训练建立的双导师制为例,在探索中找寻促使数学师范生的教学技能得到提高与发展的有效之路。
Strengthening the training of teaching skills of normal university students is a key link to improve the education and teaching level of normal university students.The paper attempts to establish a dual-tutor system under the guidance of professional university teachers and primary and secondary school teachers based on the problems in the education practice of normal university students.We also found a method of improving normal university students'teaching skills through the dual-tutor system,and explored an effective measure to improve teaching skills in the results and reflections of the dual-tutor system,having solved the problems in the connection between classroom teaching and after-class learning,as well as process and result,in the traditional teaching skills training.Taking the dual-tutor system established in the teaching skills training of normal university students majoring in mathematics in School of Mathematical Sciences,Mudanjiang Normal University,this paper takes a series of measures,in order to find an effective way to improve and develop the teaching skills of normal university students majoring in mathematics.
