素质拓展训练对提升高职学生综合素养的探索研究

摘要 大学阶段是学生快速成长和认知发展的关键阶段,是学生走向社会的重要奠基时期。高职院校学生总体上缺乏自信,活力不足,能动性和执行力偏差,更加需要融入集体,树立自信,提升责任感和团队意识。在实际的培养和发展过程中,学生情商、动商、逆商等要素的提升和培养十分重要。该文根据高职学生学校生活和发展的现状,结合实际开展情况,从参与素质拓展训练的必要性、活动内容的安排、活动的效果和意义以及活动的可持续性四个方面进行了探讨,进一步彰显素质拓展训练对高职院校学生发展和综合素养提升的实际价值,为此类活动的开展提供借鉴。 The college stage is a key stage for students'rapid growth and cognitive development,and an important foundation period for the society.Students in higher vocational colleges generally lack self-confidence,vitality,initiative and execution,so they need to integrate into the collective,establish self-confidence,and promote the sense of responsibility and awareness of teamwork.In the actual training and development process,the promotion and training of the corresponding EQ,MQ and AQ is relatively more important.This paper discusses the four aspects of the necessity of participating in quality development training,the arrangement of activities,the effects and significance of activities,and the sustainability of activities according to the current situation of higher vocational students'college life and development,combined with actual development,in order to further demonstrate the practical value of quality development training for the development of higher vocational students and the improvement of their comprehensive quality,and provide a reference for carrying out such activities.
