摘要
教师是学校教育的基本构成要素,是教育质量的重要影响因素。在物质资源相对匮乏的广大乡村,乡村教师的专业水平直接影响了乡村教育的质量和乡村学生的发展。针对当前乡村历史教师内在专业发展理念落后、外在专业发展条件不足的现状,该文从客观支持及主观支持两个方面来探讨乡村历史教师专业发展的可行性实践路径。
As the basic elements of school education,teachers are an important factor affecting the quality of education.In the vast rural areas where material resources are relatively scarce,the professional level of rural teachers directly affects the quality of rural education and the development of rural students.In view of the current situation of backward internal professional development concepts and insufficient external professional development conditions of rural history teachers,this paper discusses the feasible practical path of professional development of rural history teachers from two aspects:objective support and subjective support.
