Leaders and Cadres Should Strengthen Historical Responsibility

当前,中国特色社会主义进入新时代,在这个新的历史条件下,党员领导干部必须要有责任、敢担当,勇挑重担,成为改革发展的中流砥柱,发挥好示范带头作用。该文从新时代党员领导干部责任担当要求、党员领导干部责任担当的内涵以及如何有效增强党员领导干部责任担当意识的途径三个方面入手,对领导干部强化历史责任担当这一问题进行阐述。

At present,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.Under this new historical condition,leaders and cadres of Party members must have a sense of responsibility and be brave to take on heavy responsibility,so as to become the mainstay of reform and development,and play a leading and exemplary role.This paper expounds this issue from three aspects:the requirements for the responsibility that leaders and cadres of Party members should assume,the connotation of the responsibility,and the ways to effectively enhance the awareness of responsibility of leaders and cadres of Party members.
