Common Problems and Preventive Measures of Tunnel Construction Quality

在地质条件和水文特征等因素的影响下,隧道施工建设过程中,会出现光爆效果不佳、隧道拱背回填不实、隧道渗漏水、仰拱基底出现变形、二次衬砌质量差等各种技术性的工程质量通病问题。采取有效的措施预防工程中可能出现的质量问题,可以保证工程质量,保障隧道运营安全。文章结合福建省平潭及闽江口水资源配置工程实际,对施工过程中可能出现的质量问题进行预判并提出质量保证措施,为同类工程质量问题的解决提供参考。

Various technical engineering quality common problems appear during tunnel construction under the influence of geological conditions,hydrologic characteristics and other factors such as poor light blasting effect,inaccurate backfilling of arch back,water leakage in the tunnel,deformation of invert basement and poor quality of secondary lining.Effective measures are adopted to prevent the possible quality problems in the project,thereby guaranteeing the project quality and the operation safety of the tunnel.in the paper,The possible quality problems in the construction process are prejudged and the quality assurance measures are put forward according to the actual situation of Pingtan and Minjiangkou water resource allocation project in Fujian Province so as to provide reference for solving the quality problems of similar projects.
