摘要
雅砻江桐子林水电站水轮机桨叶枢轴R角位置出现两条间断的横向裂纹,对两条裂纹进行打磨清根时,发现两条裂纹逐渐合并,有持续变长恶化的趋势,威胁水轮发电机组安全稳定运行。文章对桨叶裂纹产生的原因进行了分析,对桨叶裂纹进行了有效的处理,消除了裂纹进一步恶化的隐患,保证了机组按期并网运行,为类似水轮机桨叶裂纹检查处理提供了借鉴。
There are two discontinuous transverse cracks at the R Angle of the pivot of the turbine blade of Tongzilin Hydropower Station in Yalong River.When the two cracks are polished and,backed gouging,it is found that the two cracks are gradually merged,and they become longer and worse,thereby threatening the safe and stable operation of the turbine generator set.The causes of blade cracks are analyzed,and the blade crack is effectively treated to eliminate the hidden danger of further deterioration of the crack in the paper,thereby ensuring the unit to be connected to the grid according to the schedule,and providing reference for similar turbine blade crack inspection and treatment.
