摘要
传统船闸控制系统中,普遍存在闸门两侧开度差值较大、无法实现船闸闸门的同步运行问题。文章针对船闸液压启闭机同步控制系统进行设计研究,在系统硬件部分,设计硬件组成,详细分析了传感器的选择方法;在系统软件部分,通过船闸液压启闭机闸门控制、闸门开度转换计算以及船闸同步纠偏控制,完成系统软件设计,由此,实现船闸液压启闭机闸门同步控制系统设计。通过实验证明,该系统与传统系统相比可有效提高系统的控制精度,缩短闸门两侧开度差值,实现船闸闸门的同步运行。
There is a common problem in the traditional navigation lock control system,namely the difference in the opening degree between the two sides of the lock gate is too large to realize the synchronous operation of the lock gate.The synchronous control system of the navigation lock hydraulic hoist is designed and studied in the paper.The hardware composition is designed and the selection method of the sensor is analyzed in details aiming at the hardware part of the system.The system software design is completed through the navigation lock hydraulic hoist gate control,gate opening conversion calculation and navigation lock synchronous deviation rectification control aiming at the system software part,thereby realizing the synchronous control system design of the navigation lock hydraulic hoist gate.The experimental results show that the system can effectively improve the control accuracy of the system,shorten the difference of the opening degree between two sides of the gate,and realize the synchronous operation of the lock gate.
