摘要
索风营水电站原220kV出线采用洞顶外壁悬挂绝缘子串架空引出方式,此出线方式使设备的安全运行存在风险。文章从出线构架的总体布置、结构型式和各种受力工况等方面进行了出线窑洞的构架设计,确定采用钢结构门架悬挂出线方式。采用STAAD.Pro软件对钢构架的内力和稳定性进行分析,结果表明:钢构架的设计满足相关规范要求,文中钢结构门架悬挂出线方式有效地规避了出线设备存在的运行风险,确保了设备的安全运行。
The overhead lead-out method of hanging insulator string on the outer wall of the cave top is adopted for the original 220kV outgoing line of Suofengying Hydropower Station,which makes the safe operation of the equipment risky.The outgoing line cave framework is designed,and steel structure door frame hanging outgoing mode is determined according to the overall layout of the outgoing line framework,the structure type and various stress conditions,etc.in the paper.The STAAD.Pro software is used to analyze the internal force and stability of the steel framework.The results show that the design of the steel framework meets the requirements of the relevant specifications.The steel structure gantry hanging outgoing mode effectively avoid the operation risk of the outgoing equipment effectively,thereby ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
