Application of PDCA cycle to improve the detection stability of eddy current flaw detector

摘要 针对国内棒、线材等生产企业在运行自动化涡流探伤机过程中存在检测稳定性低,即检测时产生误报、漏报的普遍性问题,引入一种基于质量管理PDCA循环模型的改进型PDCAY模型,分别从策划(Plan,P)、实施(Do,D)、检查(Check,C)、处置(Act,A)和收益(Yield,Y)几个角度进行实证讨论。通过X公司涡流探伤机改进项目实施结果来看,误报率、漏报率下降明显,既提高了检测稳定性,也取得了显著的经济效益,为公司解决类似问题提供了一种新的参考方法。 In view of the domestic rod,wire rod and other production enterprises in the process of running automated eddy current flaw detectors,there is a low detection stability,the general problem of false positives and false negatives during inspecting,introduce an improved PDCAY model based on the quality management PDCA cycle model,and conduct empirical discussion from the perspective of Plan(P),Do(D),Check(C),Act(A)and Yield(Y).The implementation results of the X company eddy current flaw detector improvement project shows,the false positives rate and false negatives rate have decreased significantly,which has not only improved the detection stability,but also achieved significant economic benefits,providing a new reference method for enterprises to solve similar problems.
