摘要
应用工作抽样方法,统计了某机加车间生产过程中设备和人的利用率;分析了设备利用率较低的原因,对设备闲置与设备停工等现象提出了具体的改善建议;应用人机联合操作分析方法,实现有效的多设备看管,提高工人的利用率;应用流程程序分析方法对车间某典型零件进行分析,对车间的设施布置进行改善,减少了该零件在该车间总的搬运距离。通过提出的改善方法,企业能够以较低的代价提高车间的生产效率。
Work sampling was used to count the utilization rate of equipment and people in a workshop;reasons for the low utilization rate of equipment were analyzed,concrete suggestions for improving the phenomenon of equipment idleness and equipment shutdown were put forward;human-machine joint operation analysis was applied to achieve effective multi-equipment supervision and improve the utilization rate of workers;process program analysis was applied to analyze the production process of a typical part,and the facilities layout of this shop was improved according to the analysis results,the total moving distance of this part was reduced in this shop.Through the improvement methods proposed,enterprises can improve the productivity of the workshop at a lower cost.
