摘要 为解决汽车设计过程中造型特征获取和设计完成后汽车造型意象认知二者之间的匹配问题,辅助设计师通过造型意象评价对设计方案进行合理选择,提出了一种基于感性工学和层次分析法的汽车造型意象评价方法。以汽车设计中的车型、品牌和风格特征要素建立造型特征集,通过感性工学理论实现造型意象词汇的量化,以确定语义特征集,运用层次分析法建立造型特征集与语义特征集之间的关系,从而构建影响造型意象评价的指标体系,建立模糊评价矩阵,计算各评价指标权重并进行综合排序;最终对设计方案进行模糊综合评价,获得最佳造型意象设计方案。将该评价方法应用于3款电动汽车造型设计方案评价中,运用模糊隶属度函数,建立模糊评价矩阵,并对各个指标的评价结果进行量化处理,筛选得出最佳造型意象设计方案,为项目开发提供了有效参考。 To solve the matching problem between the acquisition of modeling feature in the automobile design process and the recognition of automobile modeling image after the design,assist the designer to make a reasonable choice through the automobile modeling image evaluation,an evaluation method based on Kansei Engineering(KE)and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was proposed and applied to the evaluation of automobile modeling image.The modeling feature set based on the model,brand and style feature elements in automobile design was established,the modeling image vocabulary was quantified through KE theory to determine the semantic feature set,and the relationship between the modeling feature set and the semantic feature set was established used the AHP.In this way,an index system that affects the evaluation of modeling image was established,a fuzzy evaluation matrix was established,the weights of each evaluation index were calculated,and comprehensive ranking was performed.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the design scheme was performed to obtain the best modeling image scheme.The evaluation method was applied to the evaluation of three electric automobile modeling image design schemes.The fuzzy evaluation matrix was established,and the evaluation results of each index were quantized and screened to get the best modeling image design scheme,which provides an effective reference for the project development.
