摘要
自动生产线上的数控机床在设备现场一般无操作员,机床启停、刀具更换等全部由系统自动完成。运行过程中刀具若出现严重磨损或断裂而未及时更换,则会造成一批产品的报废,一定程度上影响了自动生产线的应用推广。针对上述问题,提出了一种网络环境下应用计算机编程实时监控数控机床主轴负荷、远程控制数控机床停机和自动给出换刀信息提示的程序设计方法,所开发的软件经应用测试表明能够实现预期功能,可有效降低产品废品率,提高自动生产线运行的可靠性。
CNC machine tools on automatic production lines generally have no operators on the equipment site.The start and stop of machine tools,tool replacement and so on are all automatically completed by the system.However,in the process of operation,serious wear and tear of the tools will cause a number of products to be scrapped without timely replacement,which affects the application and promotion of automatic production lines.Aiming at above problems,a program design method for real-time monitoring of machine tool spindle load,remote control of machine tool shutdown and automatic tool change information prompt under network environment was presented.The application test shows that the developed software can achieve expected functions,effectively reduce product rejection rate and improve the reliability of automatic production line operation.
