提梁机卷扬系统“溜钩”故障失效概率定量研究

摘要 提梁机卷扬系统"溜钩"故障是提梁机最常见的故障之一,对"溜钩"故障进行检修预防和快速诊断对于提梁机的安全运行有着重要作用。因"溜钩"故障难以用传感器监测且没有足够的统计数据无法计算精确的失效概率,故结合层次分析法和模糊理论对提梁机卷扬系统的"溜钩"故障进行故障树分析。利用层次分析法计算故障树中间事件及底事件的权重,使用模糊理论计算底事件的模糊失效概率,并将所得的权重和模糊失效概率用于故障树的定量分析,得到顶事件的模糊失效概率及各底事件的概率重要度。研究结果为提梁机的故障诊断和日常检修提供了重要参考。 The“slip hook”fault of winch system is one of the most common faults of the beam lifting machine and it’s very important to check,prevent and diagnose the“slip hook”fault.Difficulties are always encountered when we predict the fault probability accurately since it’s difficult to monitor the“slip hook”fault and there is not enough statistical data.Employed Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy theory to perform“slip hook”fault tree analysis of winch system of the beam lifting machine.Utilizeld Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)to calculate the weight of the intermediate and bottom events and fuzzy theory to calculate the fuzzy failure probability of the bottom events.After that,the weight and fuzzy failure probability were applied to the quantitative analysis of the fault tree,then the fuzzy failure probability of the top event and the probability importance of each bottom event were obtained.These results provide an important reference for daily maintenance fault diagnosis of beam lifting machine.
