摘要
唐朝疆域面积广大、国力强盛、开放包容、民族众多,唐朝文化异常多样璀璨,这其中包括唐朝的酒文化。在丝绸之路东西往来频繁的基础上,唐朝酒文化中的西域元素众多,如从西域引进的葡萄在唐朝种植广泛,中唐之后,葡萄酒酿造技术亦被唐朝引进,在全国推广,成为广受欢迎的酒的品种之一。再如来自波斯的三勒浆酒酿造技术通过来唐胡人引进推广,三勒浆酒亦成为唐朝非常流行的酒的品种之一。更为具有特色的是胡人酒肆中貌美如花的胡姬,在唐人笔下跃然纸上。胡姬酒肆中的酒器,亦充满异域风格。唐朝酒文化中的这些西域元素,构成唐朝酒文化的主要特征,成为唐朝璀璨文化的一个缩影。
With a vast territory,the strong national power,the great openness and inclusiveness,the multitudinous nationalities,Tang Dynasty had an extremely diverse and brilliant culture,including the wine culture.On the basis of frequent exchanges between the East and the West along the Silk Road,there were many elements of the Western regions in the wine culture of Tang Dynasty.For example,grapes imported from the Western regions were planted extensively in Tang Dynasty.After the Middle Tang Dynasty,wine-making techniques were introduced into Tang Dynasty and spread throughout the country,and became one of the most popular wines.Then from Persia,the technology of making Sanle wine was introduced and popularized by the people of Tang Dynasty.Sanle wine also became one of the most popular wines in Tang Dynasty.More characteristic is the beauty of Huji,described in the Tang People’s writings,in the wine shop of Hu people.The wine vessels in the Huji wine shop were also full of exotic styles.These Western region elements in Tang Dynasty wine culture constituted the main characteristics of Tang Dynasty wine culture,and became an epitome of Tang Dynasty splendid culture.
