摘要
对6个品种丁香的叶绿素荧光参数进行测定。结果表明,金色小叶的Fm、ABS/RC的值最高,ETo/RC值较高;飘逸的Fm值较高,Fv/Fm和Fv/Fo值最大,φPo、ψo、φEo值最高,φDo、DIo/RC最低;晚花紫的Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/Fo、ABS/RC和ETo/RC值较高。对比6种丁香指标,其中金色小叶、晚花紫、飘逸三个品种表现出良好的生长优势。
The chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of six varieties of clove were tested.The results showed that the Fm and ABS/RC values of the Syringe oblata cv."Jinsexiaoye"were the highest,and the ETO/RC values were higher.The S.meyeri’Piaoyi’Fm values were higher;the Fv/Fm and Fv/Fo values were the highest,and theφPo,ψo,andφEo values were the highest;φDo,DIo/RC is the lowest;Fm,Fv/Fm,Fv/Fo,ABS/RC and Eto/RC values of the Syringe oblata cv."Wanhuazi"are higher.Comparing the six clove indicators,the three varieties of Syringe oblata cv."Jinsexiaoye",the Syringe oblata cv."Wanhuazi",and the S.meyeri’Piaoyi’showed good growth advantages.
