摘要
为优化9102工作面的作业环境,降低回采作业时的粉尘浓度,采用现场实测的方式得出工作面区域的主要扬尘区域为采煤机滚筒区域,滚筒前方存在粉尘浓度含量高的现象,基于测试结果,确定工作面采用喷雾降尘技术,具体对采煤机滚筒处、滚筒前方及采煤机摇臂与刮板输送机间的降尘参数进行设计,并进行喷雾系统实施前后的粉尘浓度监测.结果表明:工作面采用设计的喷雾系统后,支架人行道沿程和溜槽沿程的降尘率分别达到50%-80%和40%-70%,降尘效果显著,优化了回采工作面的作业环境.
In order to optimize the working environment of 9102 working face and reduce the dust concentration during the mining operation,the field measurement method is adopted to obtain that the main dust area in the working face area is the shearer drum area,and there is a phenomenon of high dust concentration in front of the drum.Based on the test results,it is determined that the working face adopts the spray dust reduction technology,specifically designs the dust reduction parameters at the shearer drum,in front of the drum and between the shearer rocker arm and the scraper conveyor,and monitors the dust concentration before and after the implementation of the spray system.The results show that after the designed spraying system is adopted in the working face,the dust fall rates along the support sidewalk and chute reach 50%-80%and 40%-70%respectively,which has obvious dust fall effect and optimizes the working environment of the working face.
