摘要
ZSM-5分子筛是MTO烯烃分离中一种常见的催化剂,为探究ZSM-5催化剂的催化性能,开展ZSM-5催化剂在MTO烯烃分离中的应用研究.首先根据对不同铝源、硅源等成分比例及反应条件,合成多级孔道ZSM-5催化剂分子筛,并在此基础上,通过调节烯烃分离的反应温度,得到不同材料中的烯烃成分,以此实现对MTO烯烃的有效分离.
ZSM-5 molecular sieve is a common catalyst in MTO olefin separation.In order to explore the catalytic performance of ZSM-5 catalyst,the research on the application of ZSM-5 catalyst in MTO olefin separation was carried out.Firstly,according to the proportion of different aluminum and silicon sources and reaction conditions,the multi-stage channel ZSM-5 catalyst molecular sieve was synthesized.On this basis,by adjusting the reaction temperature of olefin separation,the olefin components in different materials were obtained,so as to achieve the effective separation of MTO olefins.
