我国经济形势不断好转以及科学技术日益进步,各种先进设备被广泛应用到煤矿行业。为了提高煤矿企业的经济效益以及生产经营的安全,人们开始对煤矿企业提出更高的要求。煤矿的开采难度比较大,大部分工作都需要机电设备的辅助才可以完成,机电设备是煤矿生产经营活动正常进行的有效保障。因此,管理人员必须提高对煤矿生产经营中使用的机械设备维修管理的重视程度。本文从煤矿机电设备维修管理的重要性出发,阐述了现阶段机电设备维修管理工作中出现的各种问题,同时给出了相应的解决方案。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic situation and the progress of science and technology,all kinds of advanced equipment are widely used in the coal industry.In order to improve the economic benefits of coal enterprises and the safety of production and management,people began to put forward higher requirements for coal enterprises.The mining of coal mine is very difficult,most of the work can be completed with the help of electromechanical equipment,which is an effective guarantee for the normal production and operation of coal mine.Therefore,managers must pay more attention to the maintenance and management of mechanical equipment used in coal mine production and operation.Starting from the importance of the maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment in coal mines,this paper expounds various problems in the maintenance and management of electromechanical equipment at present,and gives corresponding solutions.
