随着公司生产运营走上正轨,公司积极鼓励各装置开展增收节支、节能降耗等工作提高公司收益,在此背景下,MTBE装置对副产品轻碳四不易外卖且价格较低问题进行技术攻关,通过对公司副产品研究比对分析,发现可以在保证重碳四合格的情况下,将轻碳四全部混入重碳四中进行外卖,这样既增加了重碳四产量和效益,又解决了轻碳四不易外卖的问题。

With the production and operation of the company on the right track,the company actively encourages all devices to increase revenue and reduce expenditure,save energy and reduce consumption,etc.to improve the company's revenue.Under this background,MTBE units tackle the problem that light C4 by-product is not easy to sell and its price is relatively low.Through comparative analysis of the company's by-products,it is found that light C4 can be fully mixed into heavy C4 to take out under the condition of ensuring the quality of heavy C4,which not only increases the yield and benefit of heavy C4,but also solves the problem that light C4 is not easy to sell.
