薄壁不锈钢管在燃气户内管道的应用研究

随着我国经济建设的不断发展,城市化的进程不断加速,越来越多的公共建筑、城镇住宅与旅游设施被兴建起来,同时对流体输送管道的要求也得到了提升,镀锌钢管在输送管道中应用的缺陷逐渐暴露了出来,各种新型的塑料管道以及复合管道迅速得到了发展,但是各种管道在应用的过程中都呈现出了一些问题,还无法满足人们对建筑流体输送管道的需求。有专家表示;建筑流体管材的应用,最终还是会回到金属管材时代,国外有关应用经验显示,金属管材中,薄壁不锈钢管的综合性能十分好,并且有可能成为建筑流体输送管道施工的最佳管材。我国也在室内燃气管道的选材清单中,加入了薄壁不锈钢管,这就表示在燃气管道施工中薄壁不锈钢管的应用,得到了认可。

With the continuous development of China's economic construction and the acceleration of urbanization,more and more public buildings,urban residential buildings and tourism facilities have been built.At the same time,the requirements for fluid transmission pipelines have also been raised.The defects of galvanized steel pipes in the application of transmission pipelines have gradually been exposed.Various new plastic pipelines and composite pipelines have been developed rapidly.However,various pipelines have presented some problems in the application process and cannot meet people's needs for building fluid transmission pipelines.Some experts said,the application of construction fluid pipes will eventually return to the era of metal pipes.Relevant application experience abroad shows that among metal pipes,thin-walled stainless steel pipes have very good comprehensive performance and may become the best pipe for construction of fluid transmission pipelines.China has also added thin-walled stainless steel pipes to the list of materials for indoor gas pipelines,which indicates that the application of thin-walled stainless steel pipes in gas pipeline construction has been recognized.
