摘要
针对新疆某采油区块在用缓蚀阻垢剂进行优化,并对新配方进行缓蚀、阻垢评价。结果表明:原配方药剂在投加浓度为300mg/L时,其缓蚀率为71.1%,阻垢率为90.6%,试片表明呈部分点腐蚀。新配方药剂在投加浓度为300mg/L时,缓蚀率到达81.6%,阻垢率达到94.6%,试片表面均匀,相对于原配方,新配方缓蚀、阻垢性能得到明显提升。
In this paper,the corrosion and scale inhibitor used in an oil production block in Xinjiang was optimized,and the new formulation was evaluated.The results show that the corrosion inhibition rate of the original formulation is 71.1%and the scale inhibition rate is 90.6%when the concentration is 300mg/L,and the test piece shows partial pitting corrosion.When the concentration of the new formulation is 300mg/L,the corrosion inhibition rate reaches 81.6%,and the scale inhibition rate reaches 94.6%.The surface of the test piece is uniform.Compared with the original formulation,the corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition performance of the new formulation is significantly improved.
