摘要
以蔗糖为起始原料经过酯化、氯化、脱酰、萃取结晶等反应步骤合成三氯蔗糖。其中氯化步骤结束后,经过分层得到含三氯蔗糖-6-乙酸酯的溶液,该溶液即氯化液。采用两性化合物作为氯化步骤的淬灭剂进行淬灭,然后进行过滤、加酸中和、过滤完成氯化液的后处理。结果表明,使用偏铝酸钠、偏锌酸钠、偏硅酸钠等两性化合物做为淬灭剂对氯化液进行后处理,比氢氧化钠作为淬灭剂处理氯化液得到三氯蔗糖的产量、纯度、收率更高,以及反应后产生的废水量、COD值更小。其中以偏铝酸钠作为淬灭剂反应效果最好,使用三氯蔗糖酯化物浓度为9.80%的氯化液200.00g,经反应得到三氯蔗糖的产量为10.93g,纯度达到99.55%,收率为61.40%,得到废水量为388.00g,废水COD值为12764ppm。
Sucralose was synthesized through esterification,chlorination,deacylation,extraction crystallization and so on with sucrose as the starting material.After the chlorination step,a solution containing sucralose-6-acetate was obtained by layering,which was the chlorination solution.The amphoteric compound was used as the quenching reagent in the chlorination step,and then filtration,acid neutralization and filtration were adopted for the work-up of the chlorination solution.The results showed that,using amphoteric compounds such as sodium meta-aluminate,sodium meta-zincate,and sodium meta-silicate as quenchers for work-up,the output,purity and yield of sucrose were higher,and the amount of wastewater and COD value were smaller than that using sodium hydroxide as quencher.Among them,sodium meta-aluminate gave the best reaction result.Dealing with 200.00g of chlorinated liquid with 9.80%concentration of sucralose ester,the output,purity and yield of sucralose were 10.93g,99.55%and 61.40%respectively,and the amount of wastewater and COD value were 388.00g and 12764ppm.
