摘要 建立了同时测定奶粉中5种香精含量的高效液相色谱法。首先对样品进行超声提取,再经HLB固相萃取柱净化。采用AgilentSB-Aq柱(C18,150mm×2.1mm,粒径1.8μm)、流动相为甲醇+0.01mM磷酸二氢钠(磷酸调PH=2.9)、流速为1.0mL﹒min^-1和检测波长为278nm的色谱条件进行检测。5种香精在0.2~10μg﹒mL^-1范围内线性良好,检出限和定量限分别为2.5mg﹒kg^-1和7.5mg﹒kg^-1,平均加标回收率在83.1%~88.1%之间,精密度在2.8%~7.3%之间。该方法操作简便,回收率高,可以作为奶粉中5种香精检验的检测方法。 The method has been developed for the simultaneous determination of five essences in milk powder by high-performance liquid chromatography with the diode array detector(UPLC-DAD).Firstly,the sample was extracted by ultrasound,and then purified by HLB solid phase extraction column.Agilent SB-Aq column(C18,150mm×2.1mm,particle size 1.8μm),the mobile phase:methanol+0.01 mM sodium dihydrogenphosphate(PH=2.9 adjusted by phosphoric acid),the flow rate:1.0mL﹒min^-1 and the detection wavelength:278 nm were used.The linear range of five essences is from 0.2μg﹒mL^-1to 10μg﹒mL^-1.The detection limit was 2.5mg﹒kg^-1.The quantitative limit was 7.5mg﹒kg-1.The average recovery was 83.1%~88.1%and the precision was 2.8%~7.3%.The method is easy to operate with high recovery rate and can be used to detect five essences simultaneously in milk powder.
