有色金属绿色矿山建设的现状与思考 被引量:4

摘要 绿色矿山概念已经从单纯的环境保护发展到资源综合利用层面。因资源开发利用引起的污染与破坏被人类高度重视,节能减排与环境保护已经成为当今世界很重要的话题。结合我国绿色矿山发展历程,分析我国当前有色金属矿产资源及其利用情况、生态环保和社会文明等各方面的转变对绿色矿山建设和发展的影响因素,总结我国有色金属绿色矿山建设中采用的技术方法和取得的建设经验,得出了当前我国有色金属绿色矿山建设任重道远,是一项长期的工作,需要企业、协会、政府等各方的协同和合作的结论,并提出了下一步我国有色金属绿色矿山建设在地域布局、发展战略、模式体系、政策支持4个方面的有关建议。 The concept of green mine has developed from simple environmental protection to comprehensive utilization of resources.The pollution and destruction caused by the exploitation and utilization of resources have been highly valued by human beings.Energy conservation,emission reduction and environmental protection have become a very important topic in present world.Combined with the development of green mines in China,the influence factors of the transformation of the current non-ferrous metal mineral resources and utilization,ecological environmental protection and social civilization and other aspects to the construction and development of green mines.The technical methods adopted and the construction experience gained in the construction of non-ferrous green mines in China is summarized.It is concluded that at present,the construction of green mines in China can be described as shoulder heavy responsibilities,it is a long-term work,which requires the coordination and cooperation of enterprises,associations,governments and other parties.Based on the above discussion results,some key proposals related to the four aspects of regional layout,development strategy,model system and policy support of the construction of green mines in China are proposed.
