摘要
开发了大型精密重载摩擦轮传动旋转机架,基于此对大型精密重载摩擦轮传动的关键技术进行研究。介绍了摩擦轮传动的滑动规律,分析了摩擦轮传动的传动精度,计算了摩擦轮副的接触应力,并对接触应力进行有限元分析,对接触疲劳寿命进行估算。此外,还介绍了摩擦轮副材料的选择,分析了摩擦轮传动的磨损问题。
Based on a rotating frame developed for large precision heavy-duty friction wheel drive,the key technology of large precision heavy-duty friction wheel drive was studied・The sliding rule of friction wheel drive was introduced,the driving accuracy of friction wheel drive was analyzed,the contact stress of friction wheel pair was calculated,and the contact stress was analyzed by finite element to estimate contact fatigue life.In addition,the selection of friction wheel pair materials was introduced,and the wear and tear of friction wheel drive was analyzed.
