摘要
为提升掘进机截齿的性能,基于不同合金头直径、不同合金头埋深,以及不同齿体头部耐磨层的截齿,进行掘进机截割试验。结果表明:合金头直径越大,合金头埋深越大,掘进机截齿的性能越好;有耐磨层的截齿相比无耐磨层的截齿,性能更佳;相比齿头车削部分齿体后再进行耐磨层堆焊填充的截齿,齿头直接熔覆耐磨层的截齿使用寿命更长,截割单位体积岩石时的消耗更小,但整体截割效率较低。
In order to improve the cutting pick performance of the roadheader,the roadheader cutting test was carried out based on different alloy head diameters,different alloy head burial depths,and cutting picks with different wear-resistant layer at pick header.The results show that when the diameter and the buried depth of the alloy head are larger,the pick performance of the roadheader is better.The cutting pick with wear-resistant layer has better performance than the cutting pick without wear-resistant layer.Compared with the cutting pick where the part of the pick body is turned and then is filled with the wear-resistant layer via overlay welding,the cutting pick directly cladding the wear-resistant layer has a longer service life and less consumption when cutting a unit volume of rock,but the overall cutting efficiency is low.
