摘要
利用三种喷丸处理工艺对AF1410钢零件进行局部表面喷丸处理,并对喷丸处理后表层残余应力、衍射半高宽、残余奥氏体含量、显微硬度、表面粗糙度等进行检测和分析。研究结果表明,在三种喷丸工艺中,强化喷丸+精整喷丸+抛光喷丸的三重喷丸处理工艺对试验件的表面强化效果最为显著。应用这一喷丸处理工艺,可减小AF1410钢零件负载时产生的应力最大值,并在一定程度上缓解由于加工刀痕等问题引起的应力集中。三重喷丸处理工艺在不改变零件机械性能和尺寸结构的前提下,打破了低周疲劳对材料应用的制约,对延长零件寿命起到显著的作用。
AF1410 steel parts were subjected to local cloudburst process by three ball blasting processes,and the residual stress on the surface layer,half-width of diffraction,residual austenite content,micro-hardness,surface roughness,etc.were measured and analyzed after ball blasting.The findings show that among the three ball blasting processes,the triple ball blasting process of strengthening ball blasting+finishing ball blasting+polishing ball blasting has the most significant effect on the surface strengthening of the test piece.The application of this ball blasting process can reduce the stress maximum of AF1410 steel parts under load,and relieve the stress concentration caused by processing marks to a certain extent.The triple ball blasting process breaks the restriction of low-cycle fatigue on the application of materials without changing the mechanical properties and dimensional structure of the parts,and plays a significant role in extending the life of the parts.
