摘要
目的探讨根管冲洗剂(MTAD)联合次氯酸钠超声荡洗根管治疗难治性根尖周炎感染的抗菌性和清洁效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年7月海军特勤疗养中心收治的难治性根尖周炎感染患者62例,随机数表法分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。对照组以MTAD超声荡洗根管进行根管预备,观察组以MTAD联合次氯酸钠超声荡洗根管进行根管预备,两组根管预备后均常规进行根管填充治疗,根管预备前后均从根管壁表面进行采样行细菌培养和计数,计算比较两组细菌减少率。评价比较两组疼痛情况、清洁效果和疗效。结果与对照组比较,观察组根管预备后菌落计数降低,细菌减少率和治疗成功率升高,清洗后Negm疼痛分级为3级和4级患者比例降低,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 MTAD联合次氯酸钠超声荡洗根管治疗难治性根尖周炎感染具有良好的抗菌性和清洁效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial and cleaning effects of MTAD combined with sodium hypochlorite ultrasonic root canal washing in the treatment of refractory periapical infection.Methods 62 patients with refractory periapical infection admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to July 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=31).The control group was treated with MTAD ultrasonic cleaning for root canal preparation.The study group was treated with MTAD combined with sodium hypochlorite ultrasonic cleaning for root canal preparation.Before and after root canal preparation,bacteria from the surface of root canal wall were cultured and counted,and the bacterial reduction rate in the two groups was calculated and compared.The pain status,cleaning effect and curative effect in the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the those of the control group,the number of bacteria colonies in the observation group decreased,the bacterial reduction rate and the success rate of treatment in the observation group increased,and the after root canal cleaning proportion of Negm patients with grade 3 and grade 4 in the observation group decreased.There were significant differences in each indexes(P<0.05).Conclusion MTAD combined with sodium hypochlorite ultrasonic root canal washing has good antibacterial and cleaning effect in the treatment of refractory periapical infection,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
