摘要
为了提高云南飞机增雨作业指挥的科学性和有效性,通过对云南省2014年飞机增雨所有个例的分析,提出了有利于增雨作业的天气概括分型和飞机增雨作业潜力的雷达回波和天气学评判指标,包括雷达回波强度、回波顶高、垂直液态含水量、回波强度>10 dBz的面积以及700 hPa相对湿度、水汽通量散度、K指数、SI指数和温度露点差。搭建的预警指挥系统利用雷达回波自动识别技术,完成不同强度雷达回波的回波块识别、回波跟踪、指标的修改和判别以及预警显示。最后使用2014年6月6日和2017年6月25日两个飞机增雨个例,初步验证了上述飞机增雨作业的评判指标。
In order to improve the scientific and effective command of Yunnan aircraft rainfall enhancement operations,through the analysis of all the cases of Yunnan aircraft precipitation enhancement operations in 2014,the radar echo and meteorological evaluation indicators for the synoptic classification and the potential of airplane rainfall enhancement operations were proposed,including radar echo intensity,echo top height,vertical liquid water content and Area of echo intensity greater than 10 dBz and 700 hPa relative humidity,vapor flux divergence,K index,SI index and temperature dew point difference.The established system used radar echo automatic identification technology to complete echo block identification,tracking,indicator modification and discrimination for radar echoes of different intensity as well as the display of early warning information.Using two cases of rainfall enhancement on June 6,2014 and June 25,2017,the evaluation index of the above-mentioned aircraft precipitation enhancement operation was preliminarily verified.
