摘要
采用悬浮载体生物膜反应器对连续流CANON系统进行了研究。结果表明,在进水NH4+-N为320~380 mg/L、温度为(32±1)℃的情况下,控制HRT为48 h、DO为1.0~1.5 mg/L时系统对NO2--N积累率>90%,在达到稳定亚硝化状态又运行164 d后,反应器逐渐转变为CANON系统。16S rDNA宏基因组高通量测序显示,Proteobacteria和Planctomycetes是填料生物膜的主要脱氮菌群,系统未检测出NOB菌属。
A continuous flow CANON system was studied by suspension carrier biofilm reactor.The results showed that the accumulation rate of NO2--N was more than 90%under the conditions of the influent NH4+-N 320-380 mg/L,the temperature(32±1)℃,HRT=48 h,DO 1.0-1.5 mg/L.After the reactor reached a stable nitrosation state and ope-rated for 164 d,the system gradually changed into a CANON system.The results of high-through-put sequencing of 16S rDNA showed that Proteobacteria and Planctomycetes in packed biofilms were the main nitrogen-removal bacte-ria,while NOB was not detected.
