摘要 建立了一种快速、高效、环保的分散液液微萃取-分光光度法测定环境水样中亚甲基蓝的分析方法。考察了分散剂与萃取剂的种类和体积、萃取时间、离心时间、pH等因素对萃取效率的影响。在优化后的实验条件下,方法的检出限为8.47μg/L,加标回收率在96.38%~103.30%,相对标准偏差均小于3.90%。该方法具有快速、高效、环境友好等特点,适用于环境水样中亚甲基蓝的分析测定。 A rapid,efficient and environmentally friendly method for the determination of methylene blue in environ-mental water samples by dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction coupled with spectrophotometry is established.The factors affected the extraction efficiency were studied,such as the types and volume of extractants and dispersants,the time of extraction and centrifugation,the pH of solution,etc.Under the optimized conditions,the results showed that the detection limit of this method was 8.47μg/L,the recovery rate was between 96.38%-103.30%,and the rela-tive standard deviations were less than 3.90%.The method was fast,efficient and environmentally friendly,and could be used for the determination of methylene blue in environmental water samples.
