摘要
采用“预处理+pH调节+Fenton+脱气+混凝沉淀+A2O+混凝沉淀+转盘滤池+臭氧催化氧化+UF+RO”的工艺对电镀废水进行回用处理。出水满足《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)回用标准,可用于清洗。浓水采用“pH调节+Fenton+脱气+混凝沉淀+活性炭吸附+离子交换”工艺进行深度处理。出水满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900—2008)表2标准,排入长江。
Electroplating wastewater is treated and reused by the process of“pretreatment+pH adjustment+Fenton+degassing+coagulation and sedimentation+A2O+coagulation and sedimentation+rotary filter+ozone catalytic oxida-tion+UF+RO”.The effluent meets the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water-Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses(GB/T 19923—2005)and is used for factory cleaning.The concentrated water is treated in-depth by the process of pH adjustment+Fenton+degassing+coagulation and sedimentation+activated carbon adsorption+ion exchange.The effluent meets the standard in Table 2 of Emission Standard of Pollutants for Electroplating(GB 21900—2008)and is discharged into the Yangtze River.
