壮药莲邓扪化学成分预实验及总酚含量测定

摘要 目的:初步探究莲邓扪所含的大类化学成分并测定莲邓扪中总酚含量。方法;采用系统预试验的方法,观察沉淀反应、显色反应等,推断可能含有的化学成分。紫外-可见分光光度法,以没食子酸为对照,检测波长为760 nm。结果;莲邓扪可能含有酚类、三萜类、有机酸类、植物甾醇类、挥发油、香豆素类成分。在1.1232mg/mL^11.232 mg/mL质量浓度范围内,对照品吸光度与浓度线性关系良好(R=0.9938),平均加样回收率为98.91%,RSD为1.12%,平均总酚含量为1.30 mg/g。结论:该法简便、可靠、稳定性好,可为该药材质量控制研究提供一定的参考。 Objectives:To explore the broad categories of chemical constituents and determine the content of total phenols in contained in Ambroma augustum(L.)L.f.Methods:the precipitation reaction and color reaction were observed by systematic pre test,and the possible chemical components were inferred.Using ultraviolet spectrophotometry,with gallic acid as the control,the detection wavelength is 760nm.Result Ambroma augustum(L.)L.f.may contain phenols,triterpenes,organic acids,phytosterols,volatile oils,coumarins.Within the mass concentration range of 1.1232 mg/mL^11.232 mg/mL.The absorbance of the reference substance has a good linear relationship with the concentration(R=0.9938).The average sample recovery rate is 98.91%.RSD is 1.12%.The average total phenol content is 1.30mg/g.Conclusion:The method is simple,reliable,and stable,and can provide a certain reference for the quality control research of the medicinal materials.
