Process Discussion and Production Practice of Directly Leaching Low-grade Manganese Oxide Ore for the Production of Electrolytic Manganese Dioxide

通过对电解二氧化锰的两种主要生产方法的对比分析,阐述了低品位氧化锰矿直接浸出生产电解二氧化锰的工艺原理,总结了低品位氧化锰矿直接浸出生产电解二氧化锰工艺中化合浸出、电解和成品制备3个主要工序的生产实践和作业参数,生产实践结果表明,低品位氧化锰矿直接浸出工艺能生产合格的电解二氧化锰,而且锰浸出率达85%。

Through the comparative analysis of the two main production methods of electrolytic manganese dioxide,the process principle of direct leaching of low-grade manganese oxide ore to produce electrolytic manganese dioxide is expounded.The production practice and operation parameters of three main processes of chemical leaching,electrolysis and product preparation in the process of producing electrolytic manganese dioxide by direct leaching of low-grade manganese oxide ore are summarized,and the production practice results show that the low-grade manganese oxide ore direct leaching process can produce qualified electrolytic manganese dioxide,and the manganese leaching rate is up to 85%.
