摘要
无机阻燃剂具有生产成本低、阻燃效率高、对环境污染小等优点,是目前使用最广泛的阻燃剂之一。但无机阻燃剂与高分子材料相容性低,对材料力学性能影响大,因此有必要对其进行改性研究。微胶囊化、超细化以及表面改性是常用的改性研究方法,文章介绍了这三种改性方法的原理和特点,并列举了近年的研究发展情况。
Inorganic flame retardants are one of the most widely used flame retardants with the advantages of low production cost,high flame retardancy efficiency and low pollution to the environment.However,the inorganic flame retardant has low compatibility with the polymer material,which has great influence on the mechanical properties of the material.Therefore,it is necessary to study its modification.Microencapsulation,superrefinement and surface modification are commonly used modification methods.This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of these three modification methods,and lists the research development in recent years.
