“疏肝升清启闭”针刺治疗神经性耳鸣35例原始观察

Original Observation of 35 Cases of Nervous Tinnitus Treated by Acupuncture with"Shugan Shengqing Qibi"

目的:观察"疏肝升清启闭"针法治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效。方法:对"疏肝升清启闭"针法治疗的35个神经性耳鸣病例,整理并统计耳鸣分级及量化评分、临床疗效及3月随访的复发率等原始数据。结果:(1)治疗后,耳鸣轻重分级显著好转(P≤0.01),总体中度以上评分降至轻度范围以内;治疗后耳鸣分级量化评分显著降低(P≤0.01),绝大多数病例回落在Ⅰ级范畴。(2)治愈22例,占62.8%;显效7例,占20%;有效4例,占11.4%;无效2例,占5.8%;总有效率为94.2%;痊愈显著病例的3个月内复发者2例,复发率为6.9%。结论:"疏肝升清启闭"针法理论有据,疗效较高和复发率低,是值得临床肯定的耳鸣创新针法。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the"Shugan Shengqing Qibi"therapy in treatment of nervous tinnitus.Methods:35 cases of neurotinnitus were treated by"Shugan Shengqing open close"acupuncture,and the original data of tinnitus grading and quantitative score,clinical effect and recurrence rate of 3-month follow-up were collected and counted.Results:(1)After treatment,the tinnitus classification was significantly improved(P≤0.01),and the score above the middle level decreased to the range of light level;after the treatment,the tinnitus grading quantitative score decreased significantly(P≤0.01),and the vast majority of cases fell back to the category of grade I.(2)22 cases were basically cured,accounting for 62.8%;obvious effect was found in 7 cases,accounting for 20%;4 cases were effective,accounting for 11.4%;2 cases were ineffective,accounting for 5.8;the total effective rate was 94.2%;2 cases recurred within 3 months after the significant cases were cured,the recurrence rate was 6.9%.Conclusion:the"Shugan Shengqing Qibi"therapy has evidence,high efficacy and low rate of the recurrence.It is an innovative acupuncture method worthy of clinical affirmation.
