腰椎间盘突出症是临床的常见病和多发病,其发病率高、治疗复杂和易复发等特点严重影响人们的生活质量。构建中医"治未病"健康管理模式,从"未病先防""既病防变""瘥后防复"三个方面入手,实施疾病的健康管理,成效显著。文章主要探析腰椎间盘突出症的中医"治未病"健康管理模式,以期望对该病的防治工作提供一些参考。

Lumbar disc herniation is a common and frequently occurring disease in clinical practice.Its characteristics such as high incidence,complicated treatment and easy recurrence seriously affect people’s quality of life.The disease health management of traditional Chinese medicine"treating potential disease"is effective by the way of preventing before disease onset,preventing disease from exacerbating and preventing recurrence after recovery.This paper mainly explores the Chinese medicine health management mode of"treating potential disease"for lumbar disc herniation in the hope of providing some reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.
