护理专案在降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀发生率中的应用

Application of Nursing Project in Reducing the Incidence of Postoperative Abdominal Distention in Patients with Gynecological Cancer

目的:通过实施护理专案降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀发生率。方法:成立护理专案小组,对妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀的发生进行原因分析,结合工作实际,确定以"降低妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀发生率"为活动主题,设定目标为:恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀发生率在38%,选择2019年2月至5月开展专案改善活动前广西壮族自治区民族医院妇科行恶性肿瘤手术患者30例作为对照组,2019年6月至9月开展专案改善活动后广西壮族自治区民族医院妇科行恶性肿瘤手术患者30例作为观察组,进行效果评价。结果:观察两组患者术后腹胀发生率,发现妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀发生率由86%降至37%,观察组首次肛门排气时间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀实施有效干预,发挥团队精神,能降低恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀,提高了患者术后的舒适度,促进恶性肿瘤患者的术后康复,提高了护士对预防恶性肿瘤患者术后腹胀的意识,提高了妇科护理质量。

Objective:to reduce the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention in patients with gynecological cancer by carrying out nursing projects.Methods:a nursing team was set up to analyze the causes of postoperative abdominal distention of patients with gynecological malignancies.Combined with the actual work,the theme of the activity was"reducing the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention of patients with gynecological malignancies".The goal was:the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention of patients with gynecological malignancies was 38%.Before the activity of project improvement from February to may 2019,the department of gynecology in our hospital was selected to carry out the malignant activities 30 patients with tumor operation were taken as the control group,and 30 patients with malignant tumor operation were taken as the observation group after special improvement activities were carried out from June to September 2019,evaluate the effect.Results:the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention in the two groups was observed.It was found that the incidence of postoperative abdominal distention in the patients with malignant tumors in our department decreased from 86%to 37%.The difference of the first anal exhaust time in the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:effective intervention for postoperative abdominal distention of patients with malignant tumor can reduce postoperative abdominal distention of patients with malignant tumor,improve postoperative comfort of patients,promote postoperative rehabilitation of patients with malignant tumor,improve nurses'awareness of preventing postoperative abdominal distention of patients with malignant tumor,and improve the quality of gynecological nursing.
