机械设计特色专业实践教学改革与创新

以培养具有鲜明产业特色的、满足用人单位要求的人才为导向的实践教学改革,对于提高高校核心竞争力具有重要意义。文章通过分析目前景德镇陶瓷大学机械设计特色专业实践教学存在的问题,建立了具有陶瓷行业特色的"分层次、立体式、课内外相结合"的实践教学体系及校企人才培养联盟,以更好地提高人才培养质量,凸显高校办学特色。

It is of great significance to improve the core competitiveness of colleges and universities by the practical teaching reform oriented to the cultivation of talents with distinctive industrial characteristics and meeting the requirements of employers.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the practical teaching of the mechanical design specialty of Jingdezhen Ceramic University,a practical teaching system with the characteristics of ceramic industry,which is"layered,three-dimensional,combined in and out of class",and a talent training alliance between schools and enterprises,are established to better improve the quality of talent training and highlighted the characteristics of colleges and universities.
