摘要
高校教师年度评优评先是关系到广大教师切身利益,构建公平公正客观的评优评价体系,能激励和引导教师积极有为。从师德师风、教育教学、科学研究、社会服务、专业发展构建教师考核的指标体系,并将密切值优选决策理论应用到评优评先体系计算当中,经过实例证明,是合理可行的。
The annual evaluation of college teachers is related to the vital interests of teachers which can inspire and guide teachers to be positive and promising by building a fair,just and objective evaluation system.The index system of teacher assessment constructed from teachers'morality,teaching,scientific research,social service,professional development,and the close value method optimization decision theory applied to the evaluation system are proved reasonable and feasible through the application of examples.
