集成电路工程专业学位硕士实践课程教学案例库建设探析

Analysis on the Construction of the Practical Course's Teaching Case Library for Master's Practical Course of Integrated Circuit Engineering

结合桂林电子科技大学集成电路工程专业学位硕士的专业特点和历届学生的实际情况,对实践课程的教学案例库建设的必要性和案例选择原则进行了分析,提出了以跨导电流比(gm/ID)设计方法为主线的,由浅入深、循序渐进的《集成电路综合实验》课程案例库建设思路与建设过程,以期通过案例库的教学实施,使不同基础的学生尽快地掌握集成电路设计的新方法。

Based on the characteristics of professional degree postgraduate for integrated circuit engineering and the actual situation of previous students in our university,the necessity of the construction of the teaching case library of practical courses and the principles of case selection were analyzed,and the gm/ID design method was proposed as the main line.The idea and process of the construction of the case library of the"Integrated Circuit Integrated Experiment"course from shallow to deep,step by step;with a view to implementing the case library,so that students with different foundations can grasp the new method of integrated circuit design as soon as possible.
