摘要
文章简述了职业素养内涵及主要内容,根据应用型高校办学目标定位,从企业需求出发,对应用型高校大学生职业素养培养策略进行了研究,提出将职业素养培养贯穿人才培养全过程,在课堂教学、第二课堂、校企合作、校园文化建设等方面统筹规划,完善考核和评价机制等措施,切实提高职业素养培养的成效。
The paper briefly describes the connotation and main content of professional quality.Based on the education target orientation of application-oriented universities,starting from the enterprise needs,this paper studies the strategies of professional quality cultivation of application-oriented university students.It proposes to carry out professional quality cultivation throughout the entire talent cultivation process,make overall planning for classroom teaching,the second classroom,school-enterprise cooperation,and campus culture construction,improve the assessment and evaluation mechanism and other measures,and effectively improve the effectiveness of professional quality cultivation.
