摘要
综合素质测评是高校衡量大学生在校发展情况的重要手段,在激励引导素质教育发展中却因测评体系构建难、观测指标赋值难、客观公正打分难、引导作用发挥难而陷入"学生排斥、教师头疼"的困境。高校共青团"第二课堂成绩单"制度以深度融入教育教学改革为目的,以大数据平台为依托,以记录替代赋分,以综合评价取代分析评价,以学生发展轨迹替代数值量化,为高校进一步完善学生综合素质测评体系提供了重要参考。
Comprehensive quality assessment is an important method for colleges and universities to measure the development of college students.However,in the process of encouraging and guiding the development of quality education,it is caught in the dilemma of"student exclude it and teachers feel embarrassed"due to the difficulty of constructing the assessment system,the difficulty of assigning observation indicators,the difficulty of objective and fair scoring,and the difficulty of guidance.The"second class report card"system of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities aims to deeply integrate into the education and teaching reform,relying on the big data platform,recording instead of scoring,comprehensive evaluation instead of analysis and evaluation,and student development track instead of numerical quantification.It provides an important reference for colleges and universities to further improve the comprehensive quality assessment system of students.
