摘要
新能源公交车高压电气架构设计需要综合考虑整车功能、安全、成本、装配、维保等各个方面的影响。文章基于新能源公交车的功能需求,分析传统电气架构存在的问题,通过采用独立充电、高压部件集成及统一安全监控等策略,设计了一种公交车平台化高压电气架构。新架构具有安全、简单、成本低、易于平台化应用的特点。
The high-voltage electrical architecture design of new energy bus needs to consider the impact of vehicle function,safety,cost,assembly,maintenance and other aspects.Based on the functional requirements of new energy buses,this article analyzes the problems existing in the traditional electrical architecture,and designs a bus platform high-voltage electrical architecture by adopting the strategies of independent charging,high-voltage component integration and unified safety monitoring.The new architecture has the characteristics of safety,simplicity,low cost and easy platform application.
