整车馈电问题分析与方案优选

摘要 整车控制器供电模式影响着整车静态电流,静态电流过高,较容易引起馈电问题。通过江铃某轻型皮卡电子离合器项目样车调试阶段馈电问题故障案例,从原理上深入分析问题产生的根本原因,提供几种解决方案进行优选,得到一种开发周期短、设计改动小的可行方案。 The power consumption of the whole vehicle controller affects the static current of the whole vehicle,and high static current is easy to cause the feeding problem. Through a case of the feeding problem in the commissioning stage of a sample vehicle of Jiangling light pickup truck electronic clutch project, the root cause of the problem is deeply analyzed in principle, several solutions are provided for optimization, and a feasible solution with short development cycle and small design change is obtained.
