电子健康网站用户使用行为影响机理:基于质化方法的探索

On the Influence Mechanism of Electronic Health Website’User Behavior:A Qualitative Exploration

探究电子健康网站用户使用行为影响机理,旨在丰富用户行为现有理论,优化电子健康网站生态,间接助力"健康中国"战略的实施。文章使用半结构化访谈和扎根理论方法,通过三级编码,提炼三级范畴,梳理"故事线"并构建相关理论模型。结果表明,电子健康网站用户使用行为受用户自我归因、电子健康网站归因和社会环境归因三个主要因素的影响。用户自我归因是电子健康网站用户使用行为的内部因素,对电子健康网站用户使用行为有直接影响;电子健康网站归因和社会环境归因是电子健康网站用户使用行为的外部因素,它们通过影响用户自我归因间接影响电子健康网站用户使用行为。其中,用户自我归因是受访者最常提到的因素,电子健康网站归因次之,社会环境归因再次之。据此,从电子健康网站建设、电子健康网站服务、信息安全保障和用户自身层面总结启示。

This paper tries to make clear the influence mechanism of electronic health website’user behavior,aiming to enrich available theories of user behavior,optimize the ecology of electronic health website,and contribute to the implementation the“Healthy China”project.By means of both semi-structured interview and grounded theory,it adopts the three-level coding,refines the three-level category,combs the“story line”and constructs the relevant theoretical model.The results show that,electronic health website’s user behavior is affected by three key factors,i.e.,the self-attribution of users,the attribution of electronic health website and the social environmental attribution.The first one is an internal factor,having a direct impact on electronic health website’s user behavior,and it is most frequently mentioned among interviewees.The second and third ones are external factors,having an indirect impact on electronic health website’s user behavior via their influence on the self-attribution of users,and they are less mentioned among interviewees.Subsequently,some measures are proposed to strengthen the construction and service of electronic health website,to guarantee information security,and to improve users’information literacy.
