某院门诊慢性乙型肝炎单纯购药患者处方调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Drug Purchase Only Outpatients with Chronic Hepatitis B in a Hospital

目的分析慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)单纯购药患者的用药规律及存在问题。方法抽取某院2018年门诊CHB单纯购药患者处方27771张,对处方信息进行统计与分析。结果CHB单纯购药患者处方占总处方的26.17%,其中男性患者为女性患者的2.17倍,患者以中年人(45~59岁)居多(44.29%),平均年龄46岁;单纯用抗病毒药物处方占47.00%,合并辅助用药处方占53.00%;不合理处方占14.97%,其中用法用量不适宜占42.44%,联合用药不适宜占31.40%,选药不适宜占26.15%。结论该院门诊CHB单纯购药患者占比较大,且存在一定的用药不合理现象。下一步应结合医院实际情况,完善慢病患者处方管理制度,规范医师用药行为;药师应严把处方审核关,杜绝不合理处方,切实做到方便患者,促进合理用药。

Objective To analyze the medication rules and problems of drug-purchase-only outpatients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods A total of 27771 prescriptions for CHB patients who only purchased drug in the outpatient of the hospital in 2018 were collected,and the prescription information was statistically analyzed.Results The prescriptions of patients who only purchased drugs accounted for 26.17%of the total prescriptions,of which male patients were 2.17 times of the female patients;the majority of patients were middle-aged(45-59 years old,44.29%),with an average age of 46 years old;prescriptions for antiviral drugs alone accounted for 47.00%;combined auxiliary prescriptions accounted for 53.00%;irrational prescriptions accounted for 14.97%,of which unsuitable usage and dosage accounted for 42.44%,unsuitable drug combination accounted for 31.40%,and unsuitable drug selection accounted for 26.15%.Conclusion The outpatient CHB patients who only purchase drugs account for a relatively large proportion,and there are certain irrational medications.Next,the prescription management system of chronically ill patients should be improved according to the actual situation of the hospital,the medication behavior of physicians should be standardized,and the prescriptions should be strictly checked by the pharmacists to eliminate irrational prescriptions,effectively facilitate patients and promote rational drug use.
