伯氏疏螺旋体套式PCR检测方法建立及应用 被引量:3

Establishment and application of a nested PCR detection method for Borrelia burgdorferi

摘要 为了解新疆北疆地区硬蜱携带莱姆病病原伯氏疏螺旋体的流行现状,选择莱姆病病原伯氏疏螺旋体5S-23S rRNA基因间隔区设计嵌套式引物,建立了具有较高敏感性和特异性的伯氏疏螺旋体套式PCR检测方法,应用该方法对2018—2019年在新疆北疆6个地区采集的硬蜱进行伯氏疏螺旋体带菌率检测。结果显示:伯氏疏螺旋体总阳性率为15.17%(81/534),其中青河县阳性率最高,达23.64%(26/110)。提示:应进一步加强及重视北疆地区莱姆病的防控工作。 In order to understand the prevalence of Borrelia burgdorferi carried by ticks in the northern Xinjiang area,nested primers were designed in this study in the r5 S-23 SrRNA gene spacer of the Lyme disease pathogen,and a highly sensitive and specific method for nested PCR detection of Lyme disease was established.The ticks collected from six regions in the northern Xinjiang area in 2018-2019 were tested for Borrelia burgdorferi,with a total positive rate of 15.17%(81/534);and this positive rate was 23.64%(26/110)in Qinghe County in the area.Our study indicated that the prevention and control of Lyme disease in the northern Xinjiang area should be further strengthened and valued.
