知识学科与组织学科的关系分析

On the Relationship between Knowledge Discipline and Organizational Discipline

所谓知识学科,主要指学科的知识形态。大学中的学科以知识为基础,学科是体系化的知识在大学中的存在形式。知识作为学科的本质存在对大学中的学科设置与发展起着重要甚至决定性的影响作用。所谓组织学科,主要指学科的组织形态。大学中的学术组织是主要的学科组织形态。在不同的制度、文化环境中,学科组织的形式与结构具有不同的特征。知识学科与组织学科在一定意义上说是"里"与"表"、"内在"与"外在"的关系。如何调适二者的关系,是大学学科发展时常会遇到的问题。近40年来,我国高校的学科建设在政府的政策推动与大量经费投入下取得了令人瞩目的成绩,但学科过组织化问题也是值得关注的。

The so-called knowledge discipline mainly refers to the knowledge form of the discipline.Disciplines in universities are based on knowledge,which are the existence form of systematic knowledge in universities.Knowledge,as the essence of discipline,plays an important and even decisive role in the setting and development of disciplines in universities.The so-called organizational discipline mainly refers to the organizational form of discipline.The academic organization in universities is the main discipline organization form.Discipline organizations in universities have different characteristics in form and structure in different institutional and cultural environments.In a sense,the relationship between knowledge discipline and organizational discipline is the relationship between"the inside"and"the outside".How to adjust the relationship between knowledge discipline and organizational discipline is a problem that university disciplines often encounter.In the 40 years,there’re great achievements in discipline construction of China universities with the policy from the government and the fund;however,there’s over-organization of discipline to focus on.
